The types of digital roles in our organisation

Here are the roles we’re currently hiring in Leeds:

  • Senior Software Engineer – Leeds

  • Graduate roles – Leeds and Manchester

We call our people ANDis. They are all part of small teams called Squads.

Each Squad has a lead and a mix of developers (with tech skills across Java, JavaScript, .NET, iOS and Android) and analysts with agile delivery experience, from graduate to very experienced. Six Squads, some specialist roles such as DevOps and Solution Architect Leads and the leadership team make what we call a Club.

Each Club is autonomous and based in its own Club House – and totally focused on its people and clients. This pioneering approach allows us to feel small, celebrate our quirky individuality and continue to grow at pace! We like this approach so much that we name each Club after a ground-breaking “pioneer”.

The skills and qualifications we look for

We are a passionate group of technologists who live and breathe everything digital. We have our ears to the ground for new technology and are the first to experiment and try something different. We are looking for individuals ready to come together to push boundaries and create the future of digital with our clients.

We work in an Agile Scrum environment adopting Continuous Integration and Delivery techniques throughout the delivery life-cycle. We are an ambassador on engineering best practices – advising Clients and our people on coding standards, Scrum, code refactoring, code performance, continuous integration and testing.

We have a wider tech community of Software Engineers and Business Analysts who are passionate about learning, sharing knowledge and working in a collaborative environment. A team that is focused on innovation and championing best software practices and Agile ways of working.
